Mr Romeo chess club teaches kids how to do chess and this program has taught me a lot about chess and life
Young kings and queens chess club has changed my mindset towards life it had made me a better person overall and I know it can do the same for you
First of all, I am 82 years old. I met Mr. Romeo in Co-op City about a year ago. I’m part of JASA which is comprise mostly of seniors. I attended his chess program in November of last year and haven’t stop yet. I’m in his program right now. He his very patient with me and has help me to regain the feeling to be more active and outgoing. What I love the most about him us that he always checking on me to see how I am doing. Its not just about him teaching chess with you, it’s about the relationship after he do so. I was impressed when he supported us and did the senior walk with us in Co-op City last week.
The reason why I’m just giving them 4 stars because we just join there program in the middle of the summer. Almost four months has gone by and so far so good. I see a big change in our twins after two weeks. The fighting among each other as stop and they are paying more attention to their duties at school and home. Update in two months. Thank you for the extra help! God has sent us a solider!
